Data Engineer

The successful candidate will play a key role within our project teams, participating in all phases, from initial analysis to final implementation.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis: Identifying and analyzing clients’ technological challenges, translating business needs into clear and structured requirements.
  • Solution Design: Ideating and developing strategic solutions and innovative architectures, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with clients to ensure the effective understanding and implementation of solutions, serving as a technical point of reference.
  • Active Participation: Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following ETL tools: Datastage, Informatica Power Center, Oracle Data Integrator, SQL Server SSIS.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following Data Visualization tools: Power BI, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Strategy, Salesforce Analytics, Google Looker Studio.
  • Operational experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of their architectural principles.
  • Ability to address and solve complex problems in dynamic and fast-evolving environments.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Full Stack Developer role or similar positions.
  • Solid knowledge of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, and related development frameworks (Angular, Spring Boot).
  • Ability to address and solve complex problems in dynamic and fast-evolving operational environments.

How We Work (Selection Process)

Application
Submit your CV and cover letter through our online form. We review all applications carefully and respond within 5-7 business days to candidates who match our requirements.
Introductory interview
A 30-minute video call with our HR team to discuss your background, motivations, and expectations. We'll share more about TechVenture, the role, and address your initial questions.
Tech talk
A technical interview with team members to assess your skills and problem-solving approach. Expect practical discussions, code reviews, or case studies relevant to the role.
Final meeting
Meet with leadership to discuss team fit, project details, and align on expectations. We'll finalize offer terms and answer any remaining questions. Decision communicated within 2- 3 days.
